I’ve technically had my CD cover finished for well over a couple of weeks, but I haven’t gotten around to printing it until today. I used the X-acto knife in the production room to cut the front and back paper for the cover since both sheets were pretty small.
I didn’t bring the blank CD case with me to class, so I ended up putting the papers in when I got home. There’s a tiny bit of space that I missed on the front and back, but overall it doesn’t really bother me.
For one of our projects in Tony’s class, we get to make an original design piece, and I’m thinking about making another CD cover if I can get the idea approved. I think it’ll be cool to have two CDs on my table, especially if they look relatively different from each other.
On another note, my apartment’s shower drain has been working slowly for the past week or so, so I decided to buy a drain snake earlier today. I know it’s super gross cleaning out a shower drain, but I was genuinely curious about what was stuck in there. I ended up pulling out a giant glob of wet hair.
